Welcome to UZI Jewelry (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1) Eligibility & Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to make purchases. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.


2) Products & Materials

We sell fine jewelry and related items, including products made with precious metals and natural gemstones.

  • Natural variation: Gemstones and handcrafted items may show natural inclusions, color variation, texture differences, and small irregularities. These are part of the product’s character and are not defects.

  • Photography: We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors and details, but screen settings and lighting can affect appearance.

  • Measurements: Sizes/weights may vary slightly due to handmade production or manufacturing tolerances.


3) Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item(s) using the original payment method (subject to payment processor rules).


4) Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are shown in [ILS / USD / EUR] as displayed on the website and may change without notice.

  • Israeli customers: Prices may include VAT if stated at checkout; otherwise VAT will be calculated as required by law.

  • International customers: You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges in your country. These are not included unless explicitly stated.


5) Payment

We accept payment methods BY PAYPAL shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card processors). We do not store full payment card details.

If your payment is declined or reversed, your order may be canceled.


6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Processing time: Orders typically ship within [X] business days, unless the product is made-to-order/custom (see Section 7).

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, holidays, security checks, or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (unless Israeli consumer law requires otherwise).

  • Incorrect address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


7) Made-to-Order, Custom & Personalized Items

Some items may be made-to-order or customized (including sizing, engraving, stone selection, or special requests).

  • Production time will be indicated on the product page or communicated to you.

  • Custom / personalized sales are final and generally non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law or if the item arrives damaged/defective (see Sections 9–10).

  • If you approve a design, spec, size, or engraving, you accept responsibility for that approval.


8) Sizing

Ring sizes and bracelet/necklace lengths are your responsibility unless we explicitly confirm sizing in writing. If resizing is possible, it may involve additional fees and shipping costs. Not all designs can be resized.


9) Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy is published separately and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Return Policy, the Return Policy controls.

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., earrings) where permitted by law.

10) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. your order number,

  2. clear photos/videos of the item and packaging, and

  3. a description of the issue.

We may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and applicable law.


11) Warranty & Jewelry Care

Jewelry requires proper care. Damage caused by normal wear, accidents, improper use, chemicals, water exposure, impact, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Examples not covered (unless required by law):

  • scratches, dents, bent prongs due to wear/impact

  • broken chains from pulling

  • lost stones due to snagging/impact after delivery

  • tarnish/oxidation from air, humidity, sweat, perfume, chlorine, saltwater, lotions, or cleaning agents

We recommend periodic inspection and professional cleaning/maintenance.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs void any warranty we may offer.


12) Repairs

If you request repairs after purchase, fees and timelines will be quoted case-by-case. Shipping to/from us for repairs may be your responsibility unless the issue is covered under applicable law.


13) Promotions, Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated. We may change or cancel promotions at any time. Gift cards (if offered) are subject to their specific terms and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.


14) Intellectual Property

All website content (photos, videos, text, logo, designs) is owned by UZI Jewelry or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.


15) Reviews & User Content

If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content for marketing and store operations (unless prohibited by law). You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.


16) Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.


17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of the website or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.


18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data. Please review it on our website.

21) Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Israel)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
