SHIPPING POLICY
UZI Jewelry (Israel)
Last updated: February 2, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders from UZI Jewelry (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Contact: uzijewelry@gmail.com
1) Shipping Only After Full Payment Confirmation
We ship orders only after we receive full payment and the payment is confirmed by the payment provider / card company (or the relevant payment processor, e.g., PayPal).
-
If a payment is pending, under review, unconfirmed, or reversed, we will not ship until confirmation is received.
-
If a payment cannot be confirmed within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (if funds were captured), subject to payment-processor timelines.
2) Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order.
Processing time (after confirmation): [1–3] business days for ready-to-ship items.
Made-to-order/custom items: Production time will be shown on the product page or communicated to you in writing. Production starts after payment confirmation.
Business days in Israel typically mean Sunday–Thursday (excluding holidays).
3) Shipping Methods, Costs & Tracking
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
-
Tracking will be provided when available.
-
Some destinations may require a signature on delivery (especially for higher-value orders).
4) Estimated Delivery Times (Not Guaranteed)
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to:
-
carrier delays
-
customs/security checks
-
holidays
-
weather or events outside our control
5) International Shipping, Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, you may be responsible for:
-
import duties
-
VAT/sales tax in your country
-
brokerage/handling fees charged by the carrier or customs
These charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
6) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or failure to collect the package:
-
we may charge additional shipping fees to resend it, or
-
we may refund the order (excluding original shipping costs where permitted), after the item returns to us in acceptable condition.
7) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
-
contact us within 48 hours of delivery
-
include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the item
We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, provide a resolution (repair/replacement/refund) depending on the case.
8) Split Shipments
If your order includes items with different availability (ready-to-ship + made-to-order), we may ship items separately or ship everything together, depending on what is most practical. If we split shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
If you tell me (1) where you ship (Israel only / worldwide) and (2) your usual carrier (Israel Post / DHL / FedEx / UPS / etc.), I’ll tighten this policy with exact delivery ranges and the right wording for insured/registered shipping.
